Currently at this time, no returns, refunds and/or exchanges are accepted.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If items are damaged, proof of the damaged products will be asked and if accepted, a replacement will be shipped out.
Please ensure that shipping addresses are correct. Once it is shipped out with given address, it is out of my hand, no refund or replacement will be given, AGAIN, PLEASE CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESSES to avoid any mishaps.

Getting your crystals to you:
Please be patient as I have a full-time job outside of this. Orders will be packed, first in-first out style. Orders will be dropped off every week. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE ORDERS ARE DROPPED OFF AT DELIVERY SERVICES, IT IS OUT OF MY HANDS, Use the tracking number given via email to track all packages.

How are crystals packed?
Each crystal is wrapped individually in bubble wrap to avoid crystals rubbing against each other. Each package is sticker with a 'FRAGILE' label to ensure that all packages are handled as expected. If crystals does not fill shipping box, additional dunnage and/or packing materials will be added to secureness.

Please note that this is a natural product; sometimes crystals have small imperfections and blemishes.
